He married Deborah Frances Hotchkin at Sullivan County, NY, USA, on 10 June 1972.      Florence Alexandria (Bessie) Hotchkin was born on 22 June 1906 at Indian Territory, USA. The 1910 census calls her Bessie and says that she is age 3 and born in Indian Territory.¹ She was the daughter of Alexander Semple Hotchkin and Jennie F. Russell. She married Rex Purman Caseman at Klamath Falls, Klamath County, OR, USA, circa 1935.² She married Claude B. Petty circa 1938. Information on this marriage comes from funeral records of her brother William R Sr..³ She resided at Seattle, King County, WA, USA, in 1947. Florence Alexandria (Bessie) Hotchkin died on 26 August 1982 at Contra Costa County, CA, USA, at age 76.⁴

     Bess or Bessie as the family knew her, married twice but had no children according to her sister, Mary Louise Hotchkin Wood.

     Margaret was born at Indian Territory, USA, in 1903. The 1910 census calls her Margerite and says that she is age 6 and born in Indian territory.. She was the daughter of Alexander Semple Hotchkin and Jennie F. Russell. Margaret Jean (Margerite) Hotchkin married Unknown White in 1921 at CA, USA. Date according to the 1930 census.. Margaret Jean (Margerite) Hotchkin appeared on the census of 1930 at Berkeley, Alameda County, CA, USA. The census lists the family as: Living two houses from sisters Pauline and Margaret.MyriteJ. There is something very wrong about this entire listing, but copied accurately from the census.. She married Rex Purman Caseman at Klamath Falls, Klamath County, OR, USA, on 5 August 1933. They were married by Rev Arthur Bates, MG and the wedding was witnessed by her sister, Lucy Carson and her mother Mrs A. S. Hotchkin.. Margaret Jean (Margerite) Hotchkin died in February 1935 at Klamath Falls, Klamath County, OR. Buried on 16 Feb 1935.¹ She was buried at Linkville Pioneer Cemetery, at Klamath Falls, Klamath County, OR, USA.

     Mary Ellen Hankins says that she died shortly after her marriage to Rex Caseman. After Margaret's death, her husband Rex Caseman married Margaret's sister Bess. Her formal name, Margerite; is given on her marriage license and this name is confirmed by sister Mary Louise. Louise says that Margerite didn't have a middle name but always used Jean
     The children shown in the 1930 census must be children of her husband's as she was not old enough, although the 1930 census shows her as 43; which is believed to be in error as she should be 28 at that census.

     Pauline was born at Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory, USA, on 7 November 1896. Pauline is age 13 at the 1910 census..^1,2 She was the daughter of Alexander Semple Hotchkin and Jennie F. Russell. Pauline Darrel Hotchkin appeared on the census of 1930 at Berkeley, Alameda County, CA, USA. The census lists the family as: Pauline Hotchkin, 32 (1897), OK, single, parents born in TX, Secretary in Department Store; sister Margaret, 26, single, OK, parents born in TX, Nurse in Doctors Office.. She was employed by the Presbyterian Church. Pauline died on 10 October 1971 at San Francisco, San Francisco County, CA, USA, at age 74.³

     Pauline never married and worked most of her life for the Presbyterian Church. Many of her assignments were in the foreign missions branch and some of the early years were in New York City; but in the late 1960's she moved to San Francisco and worked as Travel Director for the Presbyterian Foreign Missions. She was also the Libraian at the Calvary Presbyterian Church in San Francisco. Her employment application is on file with the Presbyterian Historical Society in Philadelphia and furnishes a number of comments and information on her. A church pastor, where she had worked, said, "Pauline is as near perfect as any girl I ever knew, a girl of unusual Christian character and thoroughly trustworthy and capable." This application said that she was a graduate of the University of California, AB. She gave her birth location as Wynnewood, OK.
