Survivors include a daughter, Katheryn Ann Patrick Corn and husband, Allen Corn, Nashville, TN; a son, Michael Edward Patrick and wife , Linda A. Patrick, Kingsport; Two stepchildren, Claudine Fields Carlton and husband Terry Carlton, Oberlin, Ohio and Janice Fields Gibbon and husband Dan Gibbon, Baton Rouge, LA; six grandchildren, Kendra Ann Hood Hanton, Michelle Patrick Brooks, Randy Gibbon, Kirk Gibbon, Brain Carlton, and David Carlton; one great=granddaughter Hannah Marie Brooks; two sisters, Frances Fulkerson, Katherine Decker, both of Kingsport; and a number of nieces and nephews.
