Stricken ill at his home about 3 a.m. Monday, Bert Burns, 47, of 355 Scribner-av., N.W., was taken in the police ambulance to Butterworth hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. Dr. Simeon LeRoy, coroner, said an autopsy disclosed death was due to a heart attack. The body was removed to the Rauschenberger mortuary.
